There are times when I think to myself, I should stop and post a blog. Even though I have not, and don't really plan to, told anyone about my blog because I am not sure I actually want people to read it - strange? Sure. True? Yes. I am all sorts of into reading other people's blogs where they are trying to lose weight or maintain a big weight loss, it inspires me. I think the main purpose of this blog is so that one day I can look back and ready the entries and see what the journey held for me. I would love to be reading this post in a year or two and know that I have come really far in my battle against turning to food in place of dealing with emotions. I am going to keep track of my weight and progress as I go so that I can track the ups and downs and get a better idea of how my body works. So my progress is as follows:
