Ugh.

The title says it all for me. This has been a pretty crappy week. I am in the 4th week of my diet (I am refusing to reference as a lifestyle change) and so I finally decided that I need to incorporate the exercise part.

Day 22

I am the worlds champion when it comes to emotional eating. When it comes to eating, not because I am hungry, but because I am sad, upset, angry, and yes even Happy. So, I am on my 999th atempt at losing the 100lbs that I need to lose just to be healthy. I am not sure what is going to make me successful this time so I am trying new things to keep me motivated and accountable (this blog). I am approaching the big 30 this year and I never thought I would still be trying to lose weight, I always imagined myself skinnier when I got older because at some point I was sure I would stick with healthier eating....I apparently was wrong. So here is goes, I WILL do it this year. I WILL be healthier by the end of this year. I titled this blog day 22 because I started my diet the same time everyone else did, right after New Years...so my weight right now is:

Weight: 236.8 (yes, I am counting to the tenth)

Goal Weight: 145

Pounds left: 91.8
